Amazing ice cream shop! It offers a variety of flavours served in a fair big scoop size. The location is accessible and close by lakeshore Burlington. Customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. The shops has few tables and the design is very authentic. Warning: RC’s doesn’t offer vegan ice cream.

I wanted to give a shout out to Maxim. I Went in there a few days ago when it was scorching hot as he was just closing up and cleaning the tables outside. He was very apologetic & sweet and had asked me to come back when he’s in next to make it up to me. I went in there yesterday and he remembered me right away and was v friendly & patient and had told me to choose what I wanted and it was on him . A few of us wanted to try different flavors and he was serving everyone with a smile. He had to go downstairs to get a new bucket of the flavor I settled on. It warmed my heart to be treated and I love that genuine friendly people still exist in the service industry . He made my day & I appreciated the gesture & enjoyed the ice cream

A great spot right in heart of Burlington’s waterfront area… for awesome ice cream in a really well decorated, nostalgic parlour! Many flavours to choose from so that everyone is happy. Bring your appetite as the portions are large! They offer indoor or outdoor seating!

My favourite ice cream shop in Burlington. My family and I always try to stop in whenever we are downtown. So many delicious flavors to choose from and friendly staff make the experience even more great. Our dog loves it too...best pup cups EVER!!!

Great selection of ice cream, friendly staff and good servings of ice cream. The prices are reasonable too. I am giving a 4 star only because I feel the musty smell when you walk in needs to be fixed. The decor is part of the charm of the shop

Why have I not been to this place before? There is a 50's & 60's theme throughout, including n g old posters of the Beatles & Elvis and 45's records decorating the tables. Jukeboxes at the tables, too! However, I don't think they are working as they all said out of order. " I came in just before closing, looking for something to eat other than pizza. Amber was working the cash and the owner Mario, who turned the deep fryer back on for me to have chicken fingers and fries. The portion was BIG! And very reasonably priced. He even invited me to sit and eat my meal even though he closed 15 minutes before. Maybe people have seen me inside because Amber went and unlocked the door to allow more people to come in and order ice cream. After seeing all that ice cream, I wanted a cone too, to which Mario said, "It's on me." Such a super friendly man and Amber just the sweetest girl. She speaks with a smile. Looking forward to returning next month. The chicken fingers were to die for. They do something special to them and are very generous too. Keep up the good work Mario!!

Great selection of ice cream! The inside of the store was decorated so nicely, I felt like I was inside a diner. The staff were very friendly. Nice option for the patio in the summer too.
